bostongirltlc @atkinsonmmakz - Hi - I just received the Chaco cloud sandals and the left one does not fit properly and looks like it was made differently? Is there a reason why the strap is so much longer than the right and is there a way to fix this? I cannot wear them the way they are like this. Thanks.

atkinsonmmakz @bostongirltlc Chacos are designed to adjust the straps specific to your feet. I washed these sandals so I pulled the straps through to get them cleaned. You can google how to adjust Chacos online. There's lots of videos. They're a bit of a challenge to adjust but they'll be custom fit once you get them dialed in.
