@mauromaggie If you didn’t receive, why did you not reach out to me or to poshmark to say so? You can only rate after you accept the shipment- i sent brand new merchandise within 48 hours of sale- how are you reporting that you received but rating to say you didn’t? USPS also said they delivered it to the address you provided-

@mauromaggie if the post office loses a shipment (it happens!!) the buyer & seller are covered & compensated by posh assure - every time- i just don’t understand…
