evagaytan94 Hey, I know you order the Ariat women’s boots. They are solid boots except I didn’t realize I couldn’t remove the sole from inside of the boot to clean them and they do have a bit of dog hair. I tired my best to remove as much as possible. I feel awful sending them to you like that. I would rather cancel your order. I feel awful I thought I could clean them like I do other shoes but It will take me longer. I hope you understand. Once again I am so sorry.

droseh10 I’m looking at the leather rose keen sandals size 9 I have a new pair not leather that’s says 9 and 39.5 on the tag This differs from the size chart which says 9.5 is 39.5 I don’t want to order the wrong size Can you see the sticker that has the sizing on it? Does it say 9 US and 39.5 EU?
