cassigraf Do you have any one piece swimsuits for swim practices, and I have a swim related question but do you wear your suits under clothes while driving to your meets or practices eliminating having to change, just jump into warmups, just curious what other swimmers do and if it works.

mtaplin24 @cassigraf Hi yes I have more one piece suits for practice, if your interested! I’m planning on positing them on my page soon! If it’s a morning practice I always wear a suit under my clothes, but afternoon sometimes I change! Personally it makes changes a lot quicker!! :) Hope this helps

cassigraf @mtaplin24 oh ok, I just started swimming so want to know what other swimmers do for there routines and what works, do you normally just drive back home in the suit after practice or meets and change/shower once there making it easier how do you prevent the seats from getting wet too.

cassigraf
cassigraf @mtaplin24 and yes I’d be interested in whatever one piece practice suits you have for sale.
Sep 03Reply
mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @cassigraf if i keep my suit on while i drive back home from practice i always lay my towel down on the seat so the seats won’t get wet. right now i’ve been doing that with our teams covid-19 situation. normally, i would take a quick shower after practice and get changed into some sweats to go home :)

cassigraf @mtaplin24 But, Isn’t it uncomfortable though after awhile or just don’t even really notice when your driving in a suit I haven’t figured out what works best for me routine wise, like tie backs for instance sometimes you’re like leaning on the knot and that kind of hurts after a while but with other brand suits i mean it’s like fine, if I had to wear one in the car like I wouldn’t mind it I just don’t know what’s easier

mtaplin24 @cassigraf yess i feel your pain i know exactly what you mean!! honestly i’ve kinda just gotten use to it because i’ve been doing this for a while. if the knot is really uncomfortable you can always just untie that straps as long as the suit covers you up, or you could put a t-shirt on over the suit and untie the straps. the other option is to not wear a tie back suit if it really bothers you.

mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @jaimeb19515 yup haha. i don’t think she really figured that out yet. like my car seats just get wet and dry off on their own. and my coach literally said we could wear 2 piece jolyns to practice lmao
Sep 12Reply
mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @jaimeb19515 i kinda felt bad bc i didn’t think she really knew anything so i just kinda went with it lmao i guess i helped her😂 who knows
Sep 12Reply
mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @jaimeb19515 yeah i kinda just figured it out as practice went on with like covid and everything. you can’t change like in locker rooms so you kinda have to drive home in ur suit haha

cassigraf @mtaplin24 So about what we we’re talking about before yes I haven’t really figured it out I know another posher was asking why I asked that question but I was just curious I’m thinking about buying the one pieces by the way
Oct 31Reply
cassigraf
cassigraf @mtaplin24 So what’s the quickest way and why would you do that leaving swim practice and driving home in the car with the one piece still on,and not another way
Oct 31Reply
mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @cassigraf personally, from experience, it’s the easiest to just wrap a towel around you in the car. especially with covid, we can’t shower and it’s not really worth it to change in the car until you get home. :) lmk if u have any other questions
Oct 31Reply
cassigraf
cassigraf @mtaplin24 with one pieces you do that, don’t the straps hurt for so long
Oct 31Reply
mtaplin24
mtaplin24 @cassigraf honestly i don’t really think about it on the car ride home, i just got use to it. if your straps are that tight you may need a different size on the straps, or you can pull them down after you swim
