onlythebest4you Hi Maggie, I am really sorry to Hear about the Box, i can assure you that when it left my home it was in perfect condition with Excellent wrapping ... You should probably blame the USPS and not me, until you open the box to see of there is any Damage... I am a Top Rated Seller with an average rating of 5*'s , So, I must say I am upset with your assuming that it was my packaging!!!, I wrote all overr the box "Fragile" and this side up. This also is not Boxed to be given as a Gift...

onlythebest4you I would Appreciate it if you would open the box to see the condition of the Beverage Dispenser... If it is Damaged than contact Poshmark and do not accept, Correct your Rating if it is not Damaged, and Again You can also contact the United Stated postal Service , take photos, write down notes and always take Pics of the box and that it was marked FRAGILE!!! Thank You
