@magssss25 Hi Maggie, I have been following the tracking of your package, and I see that USPS tried to deliver yesterday, but noted that the package was undeliverable due to an insufficient address & is being processed by your post office to return to sender. I was hoping that you could follow-up with your local post office before they return the package. The address PM provided on the shipping label is

@bluehydrangea25 hey ! The post office doesn’t allow me to do that considering I don’t have a P.O. Box at that location unfortunately and they have to return it to sender. In that case, will it be returned to you? I can give you a different address to reship it to. I’m sorry for the inconvenience

@magssss25 I would think that the package will be returned to me, but PM will have to send me a new label with your new address as their label covers the shipping charges. I’ll do a little research to see how to handle. Can you change your address in PM to the new address you want to use? Thanks

@magssss25 I emailed PM Customer Service to find out the procedure to re-ship a returned package. In the mean time, I found this info on PM re: shipping to a PO Box:
PM: “We do support shipping to PO boxes. If you have a PO box address, simply enter it as you would a normal address”.
I’ll let you know when I hear back from PM. In the meantime, could you update your mailing address on PM.

@magssss25 Hi Maggie, I heard back from PM and they said that they had reached out to you to confirm or obtain a good address for you. They said once they confirm the new address with you they will send me another shipping label so I can re-send your jeans. I received the returned package today, but haven’t yet received a new shipping label. Just wondered if you had heard from PM. Thanks!
