shandu3 My apologies, I have no idea how that could have happened. I clean and polish every pair of shoes before posting them. I never noticed the bottom of the shoe being dysfunctional. I contacted Poshmark to settle this issue, I don't want unhappy customers! I truly had no idea, but I understand your frustration. Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly!
