wildwoods hi there! i was able to see the package scans before, but it seems that i cannot see them anymore. the last time i looked, the most recent scan said "available for pickup." the posh support center told me that they reached out to you, so maybe it's possible that their email went to your spam folder? if you send them a message, i am sure that they will be happy to help you with the package info & i believe for sure that you will be able to locate it. thank you kindly
