mboogi3 @annashop oh I didn't realize I could message you directly. I love the lanyard but the care book was not included. I sent an email to Poshmark asking if there were other options besides returning the whole order, like the seller just sending the additional item & a possible discount. Please let me know.

annashop @mboogi3 I'm sorry it happened,my mom took care of that shipment,I was out of town that day😞I think she forgot to put care book and box..
