hi! I'm sorry you were unhappy with the size of the purse you purchased from me. I try my best to go above and beyond by stating the measurements on the listing so im unsure why you left me a 3 star review... I also go above and beyond on the packaging to try to make my customers feel appreciated. Again I'm sorry you are unhappy with this purse.
