Hi Mai, I have been watching the USPS tracking information on your purchase and have been very concerned about the amount of time it has been taking for this item to arrive. In one facility (Norfolk, VA) your purchase was there for 3 days! I gave this to Postal Delivery Service on November 4th. I don’t know why the delay, I have never had this happen before.
