Hi there! I’m really sorry you had such a bad experience shopping from my closet! I agree that the shipping was not excellent at all, I was in a rush to ship it and honestly used an envelope that was available. I will make sure to do better next time, I did discount the bag quiet a lot though, before finally selling it, so I really do hope that you will still enjoy it!
