I am so sorry about your package not arriving. I went to Office Depot where I mailed it as post office was closed last week . It had fallen behind the bin and not been seen by any staff until I went there searching for the package as it had not been tracking and I was notified by POSHMARK .

I am deeply sorry . I will gladly refund your money after you receive your shoes . For I strive on Customer Service s and I am truly sorry for the mishap . They were very apologetic as there staff has declined and postal services since Covid -19 .
