thisabundantlif Hi! I see you rated the Franco Sarto shoes that you ordered on Sept 13th and delivered today Sept 16th (3 days later). You indicated that there were multiple areas that could be improved including ship time, cleanliness of item and item description. The shoes were described as excellent condition and I'm almost certain they were new. What exactly was the problem with them?
