I wouldn’t let the off er thing scare you much. Sellers can send offers for any item would like to, even if it’s something you haven’t liked yet. It’s pretty common practice because if you don’t have to offer a shipping discount that way like you do when you make an offer to everyone who has ever liked the item. Seems strange but that’s just how it works. If someone is actually making purchases I would contact Poshmark and change passwords. Hope this helps, Crystal

@caaugust thank you so much! I actually do have a question...someone ordered a dress from my account and I’ve emailed the company four times and have heard nothing back. I don’t want the dress it’s not my style or even my size...do you have any suggestions? The person I bought it from doesn’t really know what to do either. Hope you can help 😊

@maigenh Did you change your password, so it can't happen again? Next have you received the dress or did they change the shipping address? I the dress came to you? You can return the dress with the permission of the seller. You just have to press the problems/inquiry button on the purchased items tab.

@maigenh She is right in the long run but as long as she doesn’t dispute the return they will side with the buyer. You do need go to the items page and hit order problems/inquiries, there you can select you wish to return the item, and can type what happened.

Hey gorgeous I’m having a lot of trouble finding the pink wallet I will keep looking but is there something else she would like instead of another crop top any item that’s $25 I discounted your bundle a lot but is there anything you’d like to substitute I have the hard candy make up and the crop top I just can’t find the pink wallet let me know if you’re up for substitutions otherwise I will keep searching for the Wallet it’s brand new I hope my daughter didn’t take it😢
