mcgulliksen2021 Hi there if you are not happy with the Ugg boots please do whatever is necessary to get refunded. I don't know how that works since this is the first time I have ever had a case opened against me. I did reply to Poshmark that I would gladly refund you the money. I hope that this is not a long process for you & we can get this sorted. Sorry it didn't work out.
