liber8tdapparel I apologize for the delay. I was having trouble locating these pants. They are not thick like snow pants however they are fleece lined. They are made of Polyester and Cotton. I hope this helps. Also, If I sell them to you on a closet clear out day you get free shipping from Poshmark. Take care.
