ccburke15 Hi there, thank you for the rating on the Windsor dress. It has not been worn and I pulled it out of my daughters closet. I had no idea there were any issues but more then happy to reimburse you for any out of pocket costs. I want you to be happy!!

maileruggles @ccburke15 hi- no need- it should be fairly easy to see some eye hooks on and trim the threads. Like I said, I was thrilled to find this dress in my daughters size, so I’m very happy with purchase.

maileruggles @ccburke15 She tried on the 2 in burgundy at the store and it was gorgeous but there was no way I was going to pay $300 for a dress for one night. We agreed on this one as long as she did not get new shoes/jewelry. Thanks again for listing! You just never know when something you lost is exactly what someone else is looking for! 🙂

janedoela @maileruggles oh girl that is EXACTLY how I started out! here I'll give you a few tips! especially withbottoms, people will be curious about inseams and measurements. if you dont have one already, you probably benefit from picking one up!

janedoela @maileruggles when you post those measurements, it helps people figure out if itll fit them. since we cant return our purchases, some people will be a bit hesitant about purchasing it. also look at your lighting and take the picture in a way that shows how itll fit or compliments the item's colors. I'm still even trying to get a mannequin or something to help update my listings as well! oh I love it! glad to have you joining our posh family!

maileruggles @janedoela hi- you were the first PM ambassador to reach out to me and I have a question!! If someone makes an offer and I counter but someone else makes an offer before they respond, do I need to wait the full 24 hours for the first offerer to respond before countering to someone else?

janedoela @maileruggles so, if separate person made an offer and you want to counter that also, you should be perfectly fine to counter that separate person at any point. you shouldn't need to wait 24 hours! the only case where you would need to wait is if you countered to 1 person and you want to make another offer to that SAME person. janedoela @maileruggles well I'm sure it is more considerate and you have to play it based on how much interest that person has shown. but with my experience in the buyer end, I've lost out for not accepting fast enough. and on the seller end, I have also experienced sending many counter offers and not getting any response at all. so truly just based on my own opinion, I'd say base it off how much interest a potential buyer has shown and how much communication you've already had on the product hence far 😊
