mrstooth Hey Maja! I feel absolutely terrible about the jacket. It was something that was used for photo shoots back when I worked as a stylist so it was worn by countless people but for short periods of time. Then it sat in a storage box for the last 4 years, I pulled it out, gave a quick (obviously too quick) once over and posted it. I’m so sorry you feel deceived because that was never my intention.

mrstooth If you find a cleaner to use I would be happy to pay for the cleaning. I’ve learned a valuable lesson here, that I need to do a better job of inspecting before posting. I am so, so sorry and I hope I can make it right!

mgraonic @monicamantooth I appreciate your reply. Honestly I would just like to send this back to you for a refund. Cleaning leather is expensive and I don't think the armpit stuff will even come out.

mrstooth @mgraonic I will contact Poshmark to see what to do, I don’t see how to refund from my end. Maybe you contact them as well and hopefully we can figure it out. Again, I’m so sorry.

mgraonic @monicamantooth I contacted poshmark and they gave me $75 credit on the app, which doesn't make much sense. We would have to ask them for a complete return and I will mail the jacket back. Do you want to initiate that as the seller?

mrstooth @mgraonic OK, so they are saying since the funds have been released there is no return or refunds, do you know if you reached out to them within 3 days of it being delivered? The email said to have you contact them so they can help you, or was that the $75 credit they gave you?
