m_hendricks @katiekunzler18 I don't care if you want to sell dresses on your page that are similar to ours regardless of their true sources. However, the use of LatterDayBride's photos and name is a breach in copyright. You're welcome to sell the dress we just ask that you don't use our photos or our name. We wouldn't want someone to buy a dress through you and associate it with our brand. We comment to warn brides that it's not a true LatterDayBride gown and they are not being sold by LatterDayBride.

katiekunzler18 @m_hendricks you obviously don’t know how the store you work for operates. They are not made by big designers or one lady either. My friend has been a part of the factory workers, has access to all the materials Just because they have different tags doesn’t mean that a lot of them don’t come from the same place. Poshmark is full of people using using real product photos to sell the same merch advertised what I’m doing is no different.

m_hendricks @katiekunzler18 See the fault in your logic there is those dresses are all from different designers, not the same factory. Many of them are well known designers that are picky about where their dresses are sold. But beyond that let's focus on the use of our images and our verbiage. If you want to wholesale that's fine, just do it on your own or specify in your listing that the dress is not purchase or sold by LatterDayBride. Like I said the designers also have images that you're welcome to use.

I'm fully aware of how poshmark works - but the gowns you are selling are not ours, and the brand is not LatterDayBride. If you're sourcing them from the designers the brand is that designer - the label says the designer, not LatterDayBride. Not to mention many of your gowns have been discontinued by the designers we use. Change the photos, change the name and you're fine.
