thwelshbohemian @makgim Hi, sorry I missed that one earlier. just double-checked the dress it's actually a little over 27 and it does have a small amount of stretch so I think you should be fine

kennerpaige @thwelshbohemian I can still wear it. I love the dress and the fit!! The stain kind of washed out, but it’s still there. Thankfully it’s on the back so hopefully it’s not as noticeable.
