makennakrist97 @artmuse3141 hi, I received the earrings! I looked into Poshmark’s return policy and it says you must report the problem within 3 days of you receiving the item and then the return process is initiated. Since you shipped them back to me without going through that process I’m not quite sure where to go from here, however I did contact support to see if there is still a way for me to issue you a refund. I’ll let you know when I hear back.
