: thank you for your purchase and quick acceptance 🙏. I’m sorry that you aren’t happy with the packaging. I promise you that I filled with papers inside and packed it real well with bubble wrap & plastic bag and used box that big enough so the bag won’t be smashed. But I appreciate your input so I will make sure I do better in the future. 🙂

@ap21 I am sorry. This is first time I am using Poshmark and maybe I made a mistake by selecting packaging. Packaging was fine.
What do you recommend to clean the bag and hardware. Looks a little dull.
