joeyyness @malayayoung14 hi malaya thank you so much for responding. ive reached out to the customer support team to see what we can set up. but i dont want to incovenience you since this mishap was not your fault at all. as far as rejecting, it doesnt seem to be a feasible option. I will let you know tomorrow. the package should arrive then.
