jennaaasmith Hi Malesa, I sold you the Tiffany & Co watch recently. I’m sorry to hear there may be issues with the main arm (I don’t know watches and not sure exactly what that is). It was working fine and checked out A-ok at the jeweler in August and before shopping. I packaged it very carefully, so I’m not sure what else to do. I only wore it a few times and was stored safely, so it should be in great shape. I am very sad to hear this 😥 Do you have access to a jeweler/Watch specialist?
