mali_cole @wdearmond I had been chatting with a buyer about a bundle and told her if she did 3 items I would lower the price to $31 and lower shipping to $5.95. She made an offer and when I accepted it I was unable to discount the shipping. Should I include the $2 in her package in my thank you note or who do I contact to get the shipping cost lowered? Thanks so much

wdearmond @mali_cole typically when an offer is made then buyer pays shipping. unless she ask about it I wouldn't worry about it.
