I am so embarrassed and sorry as I have never had this happen, I have had a sick baby with temp and in hospital, I sent you ur palette but someone else received it,seems like post office or myself mistakenly put wrong one on, as I take it to a place and they print labels and send off - clearly they didn’t do properly, you are probably going to revive the “UD Smokey Palette and the girl who got it revived yours.

bonjournobella @heathenmary I was really getting concerned and thinking they were trying to throw one over me and keep it however the mother and daughter not sure which one responding, said she was going to send it last week and the mother responded and said she was out of town and should be back this week I don’t even know who I’m talking to at this point but the mom said it was being sent today— I will make sure at any cost it will be in your hands by New Year’s Eve

bonjournobella @heathenmary Thank goodness the “duo” came through I was going to say “dynamic duo” but there is nothing “dynamic about those too— hahaa. It’s shipped and on its way this morning hun! You picked a perfect palette then as the colors are super pigmented and sparkle! Sure our going to looks fantastic!!!!!
