nicole2508 Hello. I am sorry you are disappointed with the top. This was purchased new and I ripped the tag off right after buying which was my error. After I tried it on and it was tight, it sat in my closet. Don't know if it is mismarked on the tag but I was truthful in my description. If you would like, I will contact Poshmark support so we can see about getting you a refund. Please let me know. Again, I am sorry the item did not work for you.
