Hey there, I’m so sorry to inform but I accidentally shipped you the wrong item (instead of the Yule shoes I accidentally switched labels with a thermal sweater). I touched base with Poshmark and they requested that I ask you to open a formal case with them when you receive the sweater. I sincerely apologize for this mix up and am working on getting the shoes.
