kaatys_kloset Hi Mallika! I was just looking through my shipped items and noticed yours was last updated on May 5 leaving Edmonton. You haven’t received this yet, correct? Canada Post has been extremely slow lately. It likely is almost there just hasn’t been scanned anywhere along the way. If there still hasn’t been any updates by the end of day tomorrow, I will call Canada Post to make sure it’s not lost. 🙂 Thanks!

kaatys_kloset @mguhancr sounds good - I’ll give them a call tomorrow evening if it still hasn’t updated. Not sure they’ll be able to see anything more than what we see on our tracking, but they may know why things are being so held up going through Ontario. Will let you know!

kaatys_kloset @mguhancr hi! Me again 🙂 I just spoke to Canada Post. They said they are experiencing extreme delays in what she described as “Christmas-level” busy-ness but assured me that packages are moving, it’s just slow getting them scanned in at the warehouses, especially in Ontario. I have quite a few going to Ontario/Quebec and they all seem to be moving like snails 😑 I hope it gets to you soon - or you at least start getting tracking updates soon on your orders!

kaatys_kloset @mguhancr good morning Mallika - I am just on hold with Canada Post now. I am going to ask that they open a ticket so that this package is manually intervened with wherever it is so we know what’s going on. Hopefully we will see an update to the tracking pretty soon here. 🙂
