I thought I selected the right option because it said "broke,damaged " after I sent my questions it said it opened a case ? I don't know what that fully means ?? I don't think I need a case ... It came today and when I opened it it was completely shattered and the lid was cracked on all sides .. I was trying to ask them what I needed to do . The bubble wrap it was between didn't do much to protect it .

hannahcrouse97 Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened. Opening the case basically means they will investigate What happened. But usually that means something different than having a broken item in shipment. Usually opening the case is for items that where somehow misleading such as the seller lied to your about condition ect. I'm so sorry that it broke in shipment! 😫

fallynmt I can cancel the order and u can re-bundle the items and we can see what the price comes out to, but I realized after I accepted ur offer that it was $20 less than what I was asking which is a lot more of a discount than I usually give for bundles, the total for all the items without the Kabuki brush would be $64 so I cañ take $10 off that which is more than the 10% discount I usually give and give u everything for $54 if u want.
