malwhite88 @chellenodnoc I wish it were that easy! If the tracking Information for all the shipments doesn't show as delivered, you can't accept the products and I can't get the money. Sorry! It be so much easier for me to all ship as one as well!!

You just purchased my Ugg Loafers and I wanted to reach out because I pulled them out of my bin and I realized that a small piece of the threading came loose on the right shoe. It’s minor and fixable, and if you’d like I can take them to get them fixed before I send them or send them and leave it up to you. Let me know! I’m so sorry that I just noticed this!
