Hi Mallory, I just wanted to let you know I shipped your cardigan Monday morning. It’s not showing as tracking for some reason, but I had this happen on a few items last week where they didn’t show as tracked until delivery. I just wanted to assure you that it’s on its way!

So sorry to here you did not receive your item! It says on my end it was delivered to a parcel locker on August 5. I have reached out to Poshmark as well to inquire about the item. This the second package USPS has lost of mine. Super frustrating. Hopefully the issue will be resolved! We loved that jacket and hope that you can get the opportunity to love it too! ❤️
