Hi Mally, About the jacket, the stain is topical and doesn't go through to interior side. If paint, no sheen to it. Maybe water base??? I thought bleach but it didn't go through to other side do probably not. Not sure if it will come out or permanent. The reason to show it, rolled sleeve and priced accordingly.
