rsmits70 Hi, I saw that you opened a case. I'm sorry, but it's not my fault that they didn't fit. You should have checked your size before you bought the item. I clearly stated that they are a size 11, so it's not my problem they didn't fit you.

malinminustheda @rsmits70 The size isn't a problem. The problem was the insole is completely loose and isn't fit to the shoe. You didn't describe that in the post, so therefore it is not as described.
