I had looked it over several times and it seemed to be in excellent condition. Is there something wrong with it? If so, please initiate a return with Posh. I have a 5.0 star rating and have never had an issue with a sale so I’m so sorry you feel this way!

I’m still confused how the bra received a 1 star review when it was in excellent condition leaving my house. Did the package appear to be damaged in some way? _jewelsboutique @manalfarid Yeah I’m not sure how to return an item either, I’ve never had to or have had a buyer return anything. But I think if you contact Posh, they’ll ask for photos that show that the item is in bad condition and then they can initiate it. I also would love to see, how is the bra in bad condition? I’m wondering if something damaged the package because it was in great condition when it left my house.
