Hi! I'm Manda. I am an artist/designer, wife, mom, and jack of all trades. My current objective is to de-clutter. I will be continually listing and bundling at very low cost to make room in my work room!! However, I will also continue taking in more stock to assist friends and family. mandatorycreate @jdc09421 I have no idea. The only way I would know that would happen is if it overweighed, but It weighed fine for me so I have no idea.... The best thing I know to do is call your local post office and ask why. I had been wondering what was going on....I'll try to do w/e I can on my end to figure it out and let you know if I figure anything out.

mandatorycreate So I cannot find any issues on my end.... I had already submitted a form to figure out what is going on with it, but I haven't got a response yet. I called but it is all automated. I will try to call again during business hours. My notice said "Your package has a delivery exception. Your item is being held at the WINSTON SALEM, NC 27103 post office at 12:10 pm on September 13, 2019. This is at the request of the customer."

jdc09421 @mandatorycreate Sorry for the delayed response, I have been out of town. I was able to call my post office yesterday and they said that it was over the weight of the label. Since it was dropped off, the clerk couldn't weigh it and let you know, so they attempted to deliver at expense of the buyer.

jdc09421 Do you remember how much it was when you weighed it (if you have a scale at home)? If it's an ounce over or something, that's just ridiculous on their part.

mandatorycreate @jdc09421 yes i do. I have the confirmation. It was under 3 lbs. that's why I'm so confused. I just sent one at 4.8 lbs- same scale, everything the same and never had an issue.

mandatorycreate @jdc09421 I may be wrong, but I would like to see them weigh it in front of me, because I deal with weights of fabric and clothing so much, I find it real hard to believe that coat weighs anywhere near 5 lbs, and my scale has never been inaccurate before. So I am stumped.

mandatorycreate @jdc09421 Well, I'm not sure what posh support can do as it's more of a usps/mailing issue. I was wondering if it would be free to return to sender and I can reweigh it and dispute the issue more easily w/ my local usps, unless you could give me the number to your local branch, I couldn't find that number. I would like to see what they say it weighs and talk to a human about it that actually has the pkg.

"At this time, you can let the buyer know they can accept the package and we can reimburse them in Posh Credit, or they can refuse the package and we will be more than happy to provide you with a new shipping label to ship the order out again."

mandatorycreate @jdc09421 Since the package was never picked up, it was returned back to me. It was not overweight and I still have no clue what the issue was. I am attempting to send it out again. I wish I knew the direct phone number for your local post office so I could try to figure out what the issue was. My only guess is there was an error when they weighed it. It weighs less than 3.5 lbs as I thought and the packaging was up to all standards.

mandatorycreate @amberlee23 Just Saw this. My old camera was HORRIBLE! I believe the 5th photo is the Toothless costume from The children's movie HowToTrainyourDragon. It's the back view. It's essentially a black hoodie that I altered. It has A few "horns" on the head, velcro/wired detachable wings hand quilted for texture and detail, the the tail is detachable and wired as well with lots of spikes and quilted fins.... hand painted spots etc.. Everything in these pics are 100% designed and built/ made by me.
