meh33112 @madsajmom - I guess I reserve five stars for the ultimate experience since it is the highest rating. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the product or service and it was exactly as described , but I have received exceptional customer service (in packaging, personal touches/notes, etc.) from other sellers which puts them in the superior category.
