mandijh @becidelle85 Hey there! I'm very well, thank for asking and I hope your the same! Poshmark receives the funds for you & will release them once the item is received by the buyer and accepts it on the app. You'll be able to transfer the funds to your bank account which you'll set up when it's time for that. Takes up to 3 days the first time, I think it was a bit quicker my 2nd time. Shipping labels are sent to the email you provided to Poshmark. You can print directly from it. Super easy!

mandijh @becidelle85 You can order free shipping supplies from the USPS web site. I use alot of the padded mailers, great for tops and small thin items, also 11 5/8x 15 1/8 priority envelopes & the priority box size 12.25x2.875x13.6875. You can pick some up at your post office to hold you over until your ready to order off the website.

mandijh @becidelle85 You'll need some clear shipping tape, the cheapest I've found is $1.99 on eBay but you can pick it up almost anywhere packaging supplies are sold. Be sure to read the Poshmark guide for selling, very important.

kfreudenberger Hello doll, I was just reaching out about the Carhartt jacket. Have you confirmed from the person who intercepted it that they have shipped it? It said a label was created the 14th but USPS is saying that it has yet to be shipped out. Any updates?

I just sent the mistaken recipient a message, but I realized she never answered my first message. I really hope she's not a dishonest person. I'm going to contact Poshmark support again regarding the next step. Please don't hesitate to file for a refund, I know my mistake has tied up your money. I'm so sorry, Mandi

mandijh @kfreudenberger Hi🙋, so I've still not received any kind of reply from the recipient after reaching out twice. Maybe something happened to prevent her from dropping it off. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions that she's dishonest. Maybe just forgot to take it. I just wish I could get a reply. Regardless, I'm currently awaiting a reply from Poshmark support to issue you a refund, I don't want to keep your money tied up. I'll let you know when I hear back from either.♥️ Mandi

I’m still interested in the item if we could find out where it is; I just wanted to reach out to you to see if we had any sort of response. Poshmark sent me confirmation that my item had been submitted for pre-shipment meaning that the person had received a label to send it to me, but the item never actually shipped.

You don't have to wait for parties but sharing to parties, if you have items that fit the details, is super important because it gets you more exposure which means people who aren't following you will get to see the awesome items you have. 😊
