jadeca77 Mandie, Hi, I received a reminder to ship from posh. I didn’t notice it wasn’t tracking because I’ve been working a ton of hours. I notified posh I already shipped & it changed to in progress. Today, I was looking at my sales and it now says sold not in progress, I’m going to check my receipt from the P.O.. This has happened before and the buyer received their package with no problem. Please let me know if and when you receive your bundle, Sorry for the inconvenience.

jadeca77 Mandie, Hi, I’m just following up with you. I’ve sent an email to Poshmark trying to track your package down. I sent your package with a few others as I mentioned before , but somehow I wasn’t able to locate your package on any of the receipts that I have.

jadeca77 I’ve had an issue where a few packages were never scanned and I caught it and had to go back in and four packages were not put into the system. They could not explain why they did not show up. Not sure if it was a human error or a system error. At this time I’m going to cancel your order so you can get your money released. If you get the package afterwards don’t worry about the money. I’m more concerned about the customer experience and feel terrible that your package is M.I.A.
