karbenlaw @mandyduke76 Oh , i used to think that too until we lived in Ft. Lauderdale for several years (my husband is a boat captain) and it was just such a different world and HOT all the time!!! Made me miss it here 😳 We have a few rentals in Nashville and a farm in Bon Aqua so we are kinda all over the place. Lol ! Always good to meet a Nashville gal ! Great style and vibes!! 😘✨

karbenlaw @mandyduke76 Bon Aqua is just past Leipers Fork , if you know where that is 😜 just outside of Franklin. We have miniature ponies! So sorry to hear about your fiance!! Where are you wanting to move to? Wheres your fam? Dont know your whole situation but my husband buys houses all over Nashville. He also works with many realestate investors here in town. If it isnt a good fit for him personally, he can still find the right buyer for you very quickly!
