The only thing I put in my description was, good condition. I never said it was in excellent and then you received it in poor condition. Then is when you rate low and complain on description as you did.

Do you packages are insured so if there's an issue or wasn't in the bag I really wished that you would've contacted me on the 17th and we could have addressed this with the post office that day.
