It shows it's been available to pickup at the post office since Sept. 21st. You should have gotten an email with the tracking information - did you check your spam folder?

mandy_gryffin @thriftyminded Hi there! For mascaras, my favorites that I currently have in my closet is ILIA (easily one of my most popular items sold) and the ABH Lash Brag. I also recommend the Milk Makeup Kush Mascara if you get a chance to try it. And I know you asked about mascara, but one of my first thoughts was I've heard good things about the Babe Lash eyeliner being good for your lashes (but I haven't tried it myself). The Beauty Crop Wingwoman eyeliner also has argan oil in it and I've used that.

I’m writing because I’m a bit in the same situation a little different it’s a bundle sale 4 pieces she accepted the sale and then wrote to me that the black top doesn’t fit and she wants to send it back to me maybe get something else. I listed it as a size 4 and she says it’s a size 2 and the tags say that

mandy_gryffin @kcspicker15 Hi there! I'm sorry you're in that situation. Poshmark doesn't allow returns based on fit issues - that's listed under their return policy. Since she already accepted the order, really the best thing for her to do is to reposh it. I hope she doesn't push back too much!

kcspicker15 @mandy_gryffin sorry to bother you she can’t find anything she likes and I tried to explain to her that I can’t do anything off poshmark and she said she came to me because she thought it was an honest mistake I don’t know what to say. I’m selling only my own clothing because I’m sick and cannot work anymore … but I also in a way keep encouraging her .. I feel bad I’m so sorry but the truth is I wouldn’t know how to get it to her and vice versa im scared I’m going to get in trouble

mandy_gryffin @kcspicker15 There's really nothing that should be happening because she's not allowed to return it because of fit issues. You just have to tell her that you won't do any transactions outside the platform. Stop encouraging her and stand your ground. You won't get in trouble as long as you stick to the platform, and if need be, involve support or block her. Don't let her bully you.

mandy_gryffin @kcspicker15 That's ok, you're fine! :) Did the top have a tag that listed the size? If you truly mistakingly listed the wrong size and the tag shows it, then you probably could ask support to allow for a return, even though she accepted it. Couldn't hurt to ask them.

kcspicker15 @mandy_gryffin I did mistake the tag size but the correct measurements were shown in the listing but I’m thinking if she find something that she likes that I agree with can’t she list hers and I list mine and we do like a trade would that work and not be off Poshmark?

mandy_gryffin @kcspicker15 I know trading is a thing, but I've never done that before so I'm not entirely sure how it works. She shouldn't have accepted the order to begin with, but I think the easiest solution would be to have support help you initiate a return of the original item.
