mjm4155 @nix1675 Hello, I have contacted Posh and they have requested the order number from me but haven't told me what else to do. Would you be willing to drop the item back on the mail if I send you the pre-paid label? I can email it to you if you have access to a printer. I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm not sure how long the resolution of this is all going to take! If you think you could do that, just send me your email.
