st6phanie Hey Mandy, your jacket was mailed out on Nov. 20th. I’ve been tracking the shipment as I’m sure you have too. It says it’s in Pago, AS as of the 26th. Is that close to you? It has not updated since then. I don’t mind calling about it if needed.

st6phanie @mandykjo I went to the post office because I could never get in touch with someone without being on hold an hour. The manager is calling the LR post office to see why it went out of the the US and said they would figure out why. Just wanted to let you know I’m trying to get it to ya! I don’t know who or why that error was made. Sorry about the delay!

st6phanie @mandykjo when I enter the shipping tracking number it says it’s in transit to the destination (to lake Oswego, OR). It should be headed your way! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I went to the post office and they called the Little Rock, AR postal service to get it moving. They aren’t sure why in went out of the country but hopefully it should be getting to you very soon.
