crystal_shepard Received boots and looks like you were issued a refund. I’m so glad you sent them back. They were two different sizes. Someone must have put them back in the wrong box. Which would explain the color match issue. Thanks again! Sorry for your inconvenience! wontsink79 @crystal_shepard Thank you Crystal . I really loved the look of those boots. I'm sorry they got mixed up. Posh is emailing me telling me that I'm not going to get my refund. I've email them for 5 days giving them the order number tracking number with no reply but we'll get back with you within 24hours. I don't understand what's going on! Have you gotten an email from them?
