juneyzboutique @koenigmandy11 Hey Mandy. I am so sorry you are disappointed! First, I do want you to know that the sunglasses were not deformed in any way when I shipped them to you. I also packaged/protected them very well as you saw. Second, please see the original listing – the frames sit flush on the white table they are on. There is no lifting or lop sidedness that would cause them to sit majorly unequal on a human face.

juneyzboutique @koenigmandy11 Oakley O-matter is very flexible and resilient. It holds its shape extremely well. Only if you heat the frames (pop out the lenses first), you can try to bend them slightly, and hold them in that shape while they cool, but you won't get more than 1mm or 2mm of adjustment out of the frames. I had barely worn them at all since purchased. They’ve been sitting very securely in a drawer, and exposed to absolutely no heat.

juneyzboutique @koenigmandy11 If you are experiencing a “little bend” in your fit as you described, I would recommend to adjusting them to your face by bringing them to your eye care professional who can use a heater to do so. Of course, every face is unique in shape and they can help with that. I hope this brings you some relief, I want you to be happy with them.
