@mh7785 Hi Mandy, just wanted to give you an update on the shipping of the cardigan. I called Canada Post yesterday and they opened a ticket for me. The mailbox that I dropped your item (and 2 others in) is located at a mall - it's not my usual box but I was on the go and wanted to get it out to you asap. I called to verify that the box had actually been emptied (since the mall is closed). I am hoping it is somehow already on its way to you. I will keep you posted.

@mh7785 I got a call from Canada Post yesterday and they reassured me all the boxes are emptied on a daily basis. I had another shipment only start tracking yesterday, but got to the buyer today. It seems like it never scanned in Montreal. I'm hoping it's already on its way to you! If I hear anything else, I'll let you know.

@mh7785 I know, I'm sorry! I contacted Poshmark support and they recommended that next time I bring it into the post office to ensure it is scanned into the system, as opposed to dropping it in the mailbox (which I originally did to minimize contact due to covid). I can try calling Canada Post again, but all they did was reassure me that if I dropped it in the mailbox, then it's somewhere among their backlog.

@mh7785 I have no idea what happened to it...I never got it back either, was curious where it ended up. I sent multiple packages at the same time and heard from another buyer that she received hers a couple months later. I'm hoping it makes its way to you eventually!
