Hi Mandy! In regards to your offer for the ruff hewn vest, I will gladly sell you the vest but I do not have the turtleneck anymore. I will be sending you a counter of 18$ for the vest alone, I think this would be a fair price. If you do not want the vest alone, please decline my counter. I am sorry for the confusion!
