nmej1616 I have not received a response from you even after I complained to you that the Rebecca Minkoff bag you sent me is knock off.. its fake.. Whether you are aware or not I still expect that you would at least respond to my complaint. I dont believe you to be a bad person but please be kind, ethical & considerate to respond asap. I demand a refund

manus_m @nmej1616 hi, idk where you see that the item is fake, since it’s brand new with all the tags on. Anyway, it doesn’t matter... you may return it to me and upon inspection I will issue you a refund, and just to be clear I sell no fake items.

Pls look at the pictures I attached on the support service and my explanation so you are familiar what knockoffs are, as you might have bought it unbeknownst that its not an original Rebecca Minkoff. Pls provide me the details on how I can get my refund and in this way I can trust that you have sound judgment and ethically conscientious

manus_m @nmej1616 firstly I can not access any pictures or anything that you have send through the support system as it goes to Poshmark not to me, secondly thank you so much for educating me on what knockoffs are. I have been selling on Poshmark for a long time now, go through the procedure I explained above and only when I receive the item, in the same conditions in which I sent it to you, only then you are gonna receive your refund. Is my judgement sound enough for you??

nmej1616 Actually you were automatically included as I checked the box indicating for you to be included when I sent my complaint so my assumption is you received it. I will continue to reach out to customer service to make sure this return procedure is documented. As the costumer I have the right to express my disappointment since you already have my payment & I feel taken advantage of. So pls provide me the info needed to return your bag. I will return your item in a box rather than a plastic.

manus_m @nmej1616 I assure you nobody is taking advantage of you as a customer, that’s not my intention at all. I said I will issue u a refund once I get my item back, this is something you have to work with Poshmark. I contacted them, they are saying that once the funds are released to me the sale is complete, so contact them again, if they can process the return and I get my fee and item back, I’ll be more then happy to return your money to you.
